There is a tremendous amount you can do on your own, completely free. We offer articles, videos, and online forums that provide valuable insights into the private wealth management industry and without any cost. 

However, some key questions to consider when determining if PWM Pathway could be the right fit for you are:

1. Would having access to a network of seasoned PWM professionals who are ready to offer you mock interviews and mentorship sessions be beneficial? Imagine speaking with someone who has direct experience and is on your side—how much more prepared would you feel? 
2. Would personalized 1:1 mentoring sessions to refine your personal stories, articulate your motivation for PWM, and master your interview techniques give you a competitive edge over other candidates? 
3. Would having detailed breakdowns of each private bank's structure, core offerings, strengths and weaknesses, anecdotal experiences, analyst programs be helpful to you as you decide where to apply or what to speak to during interviews?
4. Would a structured approach to networking, where you receive expert-reviewed templates, gain access to industry-specific tools, and know exactly what success rates to expect at each stage, enhance your job search effectiveness? 
5. Would gaining a wealth management internship as a freshman or sophomore significantly improve your personal branding and increase your chances of securing interviews? 

The reality is that while you can achieve a lot independently, many common strategies—like cold-emailing based on guessed email formats—are inefficient and consume countless hours.

The skills you’ll develop over our intensive 7-hour program—including off-cycle PWM internship methods, making Advocate strategies, and more—will make a significant difference. These skills dramatically increase your chances of breaking into private wealth wanagement.

We discuss this on our initial 15-minute consultation call. We'll talk through the program offerings and if it's a right fit, I'll walk you through the investment and what's included. If it's not, I'll tell you that too and point you to free resources.

Our course begins with the fundamentals of private wealth management. You'll learn about investment strategies, asset allocation, public and private markets, estate planning, and more. We focus on practical knowledge, preparing you with a first-principles understanding not only so you can crush notional client scenarios during interviews, but also so you have a better understanding of your own finances and how to improve your personal investment strategies.

Then, we do deep dive into each major private bank: firm history, organizational structure, client segmentation, the full product platform (investments, alternatives, lending, trust, capital markets), competitive strengths & weaknesses, internship + analyst program overviews plus recruiting specifics, and major teams/coverage groups. We compare each private bank side by side so you know what to highlight during interviews.

Plus supplemental materials (competitive matrix, firm cheat sheets, interview answer templates, etc.).

The duration of the course depends on your pace. It contains roughly 10 hours of content. However, we recommend spending at least 1-2 weeks to fully grasp the concepts and practices. Remember, the goal is to understand and apply the knowledge effectively.
