PWM Pathway is built by people who came through private banking recruiting themselves. Coach part-time and be paid by the hour, or join us for a semester as an intern in growth, marketing, strategy or talent acquisition.
Coaching is a part-time role, and every other role is a semester-long internship. We are not hiring for full-time positions.

Students book 1:1 sessions with the coach they want. You set your availability, run the session, and are paid for every hour you coach.

$40 / hourof 1:1 coaching
You landed the internship. Coach the students one step behind you through the same resume, networking and interview rounds you just came through.
Who it is for: You have landed an internship offer in private banking or private wealth management

You landed the full-time seat, have a year or more on the desk, and hold your licenses. Coach students on what the job and the final rounds really look like.

Know people who should be in the program? Bring them in. You earn up to $200 for every person who enrolls through you.
Who it is for: A network of students recruiting for private banking or wealth management: a club, a class, a campus

Run our social media and our campus programs. You are paid on reach: per 1,000 views or interactions your content and events earn.
Who it is for: You have grown an account, a club or an event series before, and can show it

$1,000 to $3,000per university partnership, by tier
Grow PWM Pathway LLC itself: university partnerships first, then whatever comes next. You are paid $1,000 to $3,000 for every university partnership you close, depending on its tier.
Who it is for: You can get a meeting with a career center, a department or a dean, and run it
