Cost & enrollment

How much does PWM Pathway cost?

Programs start at $399. With the opening discount — through October 1, 2026 — Self-Paced is $399 (normally $999), Flagship, which most students choose, is $799 (normally $1,499), and the Full-Access Cohort is $1,999 (normally $2,499). À la carte services (resume rewrite, strategy sessions, mock interviews) start at $39. No hidden pricing: what you see is what it costs.

How do payments work?

Self-Paced, Flagship, and à la carte services are purchased directly online — you get instant access the moment you pay. Full-Access Cohort enrollment is confirmed after your application is accepted; payment details and options are finalized at enrollment.

Do I have to apply?

Only for the Full-Access Cohort. Self-Paced and Flagship enroll instantly — pay online and everything unlocks in your library right away, including the Flagship Discovery Meeting you book yourself. The Full-Access Cohort is the one application-gated tier: it is capped at 15 students per recruitment cycle because the mentorship is hands-on, so the 10-minute application is read personally and answered within 48 hours.

The program

What's the time commitment?

Everything runs on your schedule. The curriculum is 5+ hours of on-demand modules plus templates, and all coaching is 1:1 — sessions are scheduled around your classes or job, not the other way around.

How long do I keep access?

For life. Every tier includes lifetime access to the module library, including all future content updates, plus the private student and alumni community.

Do I need prior finance experience?

No. The curriculum starts with the fundamentals — what private wealth management actually is, how the business works, and the product landscape — then builds to interview-grade market views, allocation thinking, and firm-by-firm comparisons. Freshmen through seniors, switchers, and MBAs have all gone through it.

Who is this for? Do I need to go to an Ivy League school?

No. The curriculum was born at Columbia — it began as the flagship training for the Columbia Undergraduate Wealth Management Club — but the program is built for ambitious undergraduates at any school, career switchers moving into private wealth from adjacent fields, and MBA candidates pursuing Associate placements. Our students have come from Columbia, Barnard, NYU, Harvard, Fordham, UPenn, and beyond.

Is the program discreet?

Yes. There is no public roster. The community is private, enrollment is small, and we never name a student anywhere — on this site or elsewhere — without their explicit agreement.

Results

My family knows people at these banks — doesn't that get me the job?

It gets you the interview — not the offer. Analyst hiring runs through technical rounds and superdays where the people evaluating you owe your family nothing, and candidates who arrive through a warm introduction are often held to a higher bar. The program exists for that gap: you bring the introduction, we make sure you walk in fluent. The introduction raises the bar. It does not lower it.

Is placement guaranteed?

No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who guarantees you a job at a bank they don't control. What we commit to is the system: the same curriculum, coaching, and mock-interview reps behind our students' offers at top firms. Full-Access Cohort students also get extended-cycle support — if your target summer internship doesn't land, coverage continues into full-time recruitment at no extra cost.

Where do the results you cite come from?

The placement statistics we quote come from the Columbia Undergraduate Wealth Management Club, whose flagship curriculum became PWM Pathway: 120+ analysts and a 95% bulge-bracket placement rate among club analysts who applied for private banking roles, as of Spring 2026. We publish offer letters our students send us, and where students agree, we name them.

What if I'm not sure PWM is right for me yet?
