Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of pwmpathway.com and everything we sell through it (together, the “Services”). The Services are provided by PWM Pathway LLC, a limited liability company.

Please read these Terms before purchasing. By creating an account, purchasing a program, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the free materials only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. What we sell

PWM Pathway sells educational materials and coaching: on-demand video and written curriculum, downloadable templates and guides, 1:1 coaching sessions and coaching credits, resume and mock-interview services, and access to a private student community. The exact contents of each tier are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Keep your credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. Accounts are for one individual. Sharing an account, or sharing your access with anyone else, is a material breach of these Terms.

4. Licence to the course content

When you purchase, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the materials for your own individual, non-commercial educational use. You own nothing in the materials themselves.

You may not:

  • Copy, download (except where a download is expressly offered), record, screen-capture, or scrape the materials.
  • Share, resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or publish the materials, in whole or in part.
  • Post the materials to any file-sharing service, group chat, drive, forum, or social platform.
  • Use the materials to build, teach, or market a competing program.
  • Share your login, or let another person use your access.

We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this section, and we reserve all rights and remedies including those under copyright law.

5. Access duration

Where a tier is described as including lifetime access, this means access for as long as PWM Pathway continues to operate the program, with a minimum of three (3) years from your purchase date. If we discontinue the program, we will give at least 30 days’ notice so you can download any materials made available for download. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program, not of any person.

6. Coaching sessions and credits

  • Coaching credits are redeemed for 1:1 sessions and are booked through the scheduling link in your library.
  • Credits expire 12 months after purchase.
  • Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A no-show, or a cancellation inside 24 hours, consumes the credit.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the pricing page. Programs are sold as one-time purchases unless the checkout page expressly states a recurring charge. By purchasing you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Promotional pricing applies only while it is displayed. We may change prices prospectively; changes never affect a purchase already completed.

8. Seven-Day Satisfaction Policy

PWM Pathway is committed to providing students with a high-quality educational experience. Students may request a refund within seven calendar days of their original purchase, provided that:

  1. No more than 20% of the purchased curriculum has been accessed or completed;
  2. Substantial course materials, templates, guides, or other downloadable resources have not been downloaded;
  3. No coaching session, resume review, mock interview, individualized feedback, or other personalized service has been used; and
  4. The student has not violated PWM Pathway’s Terms of Use, including restrictions on account sharing, copying, recording, or distributing course materials.

Refund requests must be submitted through the contact form within seven calendar days of purchase and must include the purchaser’s full name and account email address.

Once a student has accessed more than 20% of the curriculum or used a personalized service, the program will be considered materially consumed and the purchase will become nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Access to the program and associated services will be terminated upon issuance of the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

How usage is measured. Lesson completions and downloads are recorded to your account as they happen, and that record is permanent — un-marking a lesson later does not reverse it. Coaching bookings, downloads, and login activity are retained for the same purpose. This is how we assess the conditions above fairly and consistently.

9. No guarantee of results

PWM Pathway does not guarantee any job, internship, offer, interview, salary, or career outcome. We are an educational and coaching business, not a recruiter, placement agency, or employer. We have no authority to hire you and no control over any firm’s hiring decisions.

Any statistics, outcomes, testimonials, or success stories on this site reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical, not promises, and not a prediction of your results. Your outcome depends on factors outside our control, including your background, effort, market conditions, and each firm’s process. Placement statistics we cite are attributed to their source on our FAQ page.

10. Not professional advice

The Services are educational. Nothing we provide is investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. We are not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

11. No affiliation with third parties

PWM Pathway is an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any bank, financial institution, university, or student organization named or referenced on this site. All third-party names, marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the industry and roles our curriculum covers. Coaches are described by their professional backgrounds; they speak only for themselves and never on behalf of any employer.

12. Community conduct and your content

Our community is a professional space. Do not post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, deceptive, infringing, or spam, do not impersonate anyone, and do not share other members’ private information or our course materials.

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating the community. We may remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion. We do not pre-screen member content and are not responsible for it.

13. Our intellectual property

All curriculum, video, text, templates, graphics, and branding are owned by PWM Pathway LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms transfer no ownership to you.

14. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe material on the site infringes your copyright, email team@pwmpathway.com with a description of the work, its location on our site, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief, signed physically or electronically. We remove infringing material and terminate repeat infringers.

15. Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds third-party services. We do not control them, do not endorse them by linking, and are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the materials will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWM Pathway LLC and its members and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, opportunities, or income, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PWM Pathway LLC from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

19. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms — in particular the licence restrictions in Section 4 — or if required by law. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

20. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Please read this clause carefully — it affects your rights. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in New York, New York. You and PWM Pathway each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing team@pwmpathway.com within 30 days of your first purchase, with no effect on the rest of these Terms.

Before starting arbitration, email us and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most issues are settled this way.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above will change, and we will notify registered users by email of material changes. Changes are not retroactive: the version in force when you purchased governs that purchase.

22. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and PWM Pathway LLC regarding the Services. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale of the business.
