Kyle Shrader

Kyle is the founder of PWM Pathway and its head coach. He earned his B.A. in Economics at Columbia University, where he founded the Columbia Undergraduate Wealth Management Club (CUWMC) — ranked the #1 private banking club in the Ivy League — and built the training curriculum that became PWM Pathway.

He interned at Morgan Stanley on a $2.4B wealth management team before moving to Citi, where he advises ultra-high-net-worth clients at one of the world's largest private banks. The playbook he teaches is the same one he and dozens of his mentees have used to break into private wealth, kept current from inside the industry.
