Kyle Shrader, President Emeritus of CUWMC

Dear CUWMC Analyst,

You passed a highly selective interview to earn this seat. With it comes the same curriculum others pay for, free for you.

CUWMC is where PWM Pathway began. As a proud alum, supporting the next class of Analysts is the least I can do for the club that shaped me. Everything in this program exists because we want you to walk into recruiting with a real edge. I will be in your corner the entire way.

Finish the curriculum and you will speak about markets and private wealth with genuine confidence. That judgment will serve your career, and your own capital, for the rest of your life.

To your success,

Kyle Shrader

Pathways™ x CUWMC Onboarding Process

Step 1: Watch Curriculum

Start with the PWM Pathway curriculum — markets, client advisory, and how the industry works. Finishing it gives every Analyst the same baseline fluency.

Step 2: Monthly All-Hands

The club meets monthly through your first semester. All-Hands turn curriculum concepts into discussion and real-world application.

Step 3: Analyst Presentations

In teams, you will build a full investment recommendation for a defined client profile. Portfolio, risk alignment, and a clear rationale — advice, not just concepts.

Step 4: Transition to Opportunity Pipeline

Top performers earn introductions and referrals through the PWM Pathway network. Training becomes placement.

Questions from CUWMC Analysts

Are there any additional costs for CUWMC Analysts?

No. Your club membership covers the full PWM Pathway Self-Paced curriculum, the same program non-members pay $399 for. There is nothing to buy and no card required. Discovery meetings, mock interviews, and mentorship calls are not included. I encourage you to leverage internal club leadership and resources for this.

Do I need prior finance experience?

No. The curriculum starts with the fundamentals of markets, private wealth, and how the industry works, then builds toward interview-grade fluency. Freshmen through seniors have all gone through it.

When does the full curriculum release?
