About the Role: Registered Private Wealth Client Associate
Program Overview:
The Registered Private Wealth Client Associate plays a crucial role in providing high-level client service and support to one or more Financial Advisors (FAs) within Merrill Wealth Management. This role focuses on supporting the strategic objectives of the enterprise, achieving operational excellence, and ensuring client advocacy. The Client Associate acts as the primary point of contact for clients, handling service needs and delivering customized solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
Your Role
As a Registered Private Wealth Client Associate, you will:
- Client Service Excellence: Provide exceptional service to affluent clients by educating them on Bank of America’s full range of services and banking offerings.
- Timeliness and Accuracy: Ensure that all client materials are timely, accurate, and complete, following up on all client and FA requests to maintain high standards.
- Operational Alignment: Assist in ensuring that all practices align with the bank’s policies and procedures, supporting operational excellence, client protection, and risk management.
- Client Relationship Management: Identify, deepen, and maintain client relationships by promoting the incorporation of banking services into day-to-day practices and communicating outcomes to the FA.
- Team Support: Support day-to-day team activities and needs, including covering roles during absences or seasonal increases in demand, while always prioritizing the client’s needs.
