The Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program (GTP) offers an exciting opportunity for ambitious students interested in building a career in finance, particularly in wealth management. This 24-month program is specifically designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the financial industry, with a focus on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Participants in this program will have the chance to collaborate with various teams on strategic projects aimed at enhancing client experience and driving engagement. The program provides a comprehensive introduction to the firm's operations, culture, and strategy, offering participants a deep understanding of the wealth management industry. Additionally, participants will have opportunities to build a strong network of mentors and business contacts, benefiting from extensive exposure to senior leaders through educational events.
Your Role
As a participant in the 2025 Global Wealth Management Graduate Talent Program, you will:
- Collaborate on Strategic Projects: Work with different teams to improve client experience and drive engagement through strategic initiatives.
- Industry and Business Learning: Gain a comprehensive understanding of the wealth management industry, the firm's culture, and strategic operations to effectively meet client needs.
- Professional Development: Establish a network of mentors and business contacts within the firm, providing valuable insights and guidance for your career growth.
- Educational Events: Attend events led by senior leaders that offer in-depth exposure to the business and its various functions.
Your Team
You will be part of the Global Wealth Management team based in either Weehawken, NJ, or New York, NY. This team is responsible for providing advice-based solutions and delivering products and services tailored to the needs of ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals and families. UBS has built a reputation as the number one wealth management franchise globally, and you will have the opportunity to work alongside the industry’s best talent in helping clients manage, preserve, and grow their wealth.
Your Expertise
UBS is seeking candidates who:
- Education: Are expected to graduate between December 2024 and June 2025 with a competitive minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Financial Acumen: Have a basic understanding of and interest in finance, with strong analytical skills to assess situations and provide applicable solutions.
- Client Relations & Marketing: Show interest in marketing, business development, and managing client relationships.
- Core Values: Align with UBS values, including being hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
- Strategic Thinking: Possess strong communication skills and the ability to think strategically.

Your Program
The Graduate Talent Program is a 24-month journey designed to develop the skills needed to grow your career in wealth management. The program begins with an introduction to the firm and provides professional and technical training, equipping you with core skills and knowledge in wealth management. As the program progresses, you will learn from your colleagues and have ample opportunities to acquire new skills and expand your professional network. The program also offers the opportunity to participate in one or several rotations, allowing you to gain a broader understanding of the business and experience different aspects of wealth management.
