Your Role

As a participant in the 2025 Global Banking Graduate Talent Program, you will:

• Evaluate Companies: Develop financial models and evaluate companies for potential mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
• Industry Analysis: Prepare detailed industry analyses to support client pitches.
• Financial Modelling & Valuation: Engage in financial modelling and valuation exercises to provide accurate assessments of companies and transactions.
• Market & Company Analysis: Conduct thorough market and company analyses and assist in the creation of corresponding marketing materials.
• Deal Execution: Be actively involved in the execution of live deals, gaining valuable experience in real-time financial transactions.

Your Team

You will join the Global Banking team based in New York City. This team is responsible for delivering a wide range of services, including coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions to corporate, financial institution, and sponsor clients. As part of this team, you will work alongside experienced professionals who are at the forefront of the investment banking industry, helping clients navigate complex financial landscapes and achieve their strategic goals.
