About the Role: Solutions Analyst Training Program
Program Overview:
The Global Private Bank Solutions Analyst Training Program is designed for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about building relationships and developing innovative wealth management solutions. This program is a unique opportunity to work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to support clients in achieving their financial goals. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to every facet of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.
As a Solutions Analyst Trainee, you will work closely with investment professionals who are dedicated to structuring creative and opportunistic investment ideas across all asset classes. You will engage in research and analysis, use proprietary models, assist with product development, and participate in portfolio construction. The program begins with a five-week immersive global training, followed by ongoing formal and informal training opportunities.
Your Role
As a Solutions Analyst Trainee in the Global Private Bank, you will:
- Collaborate with Advisors: Work with investment professionals, including bankers, wealth advisors, and lending specialists, to develop customized wealth management solutions for clients.
- Portfolio Construction: Assist in portfolio construction by conducting research, performing analysis, and utilizing proprietary models to meet clients’ portfolio objectives.
- Market Strategy: Contribute to developing market strategies and participate in the creation of alternative investments, fixed income, equities, FX, and commodities solutions.
- Networking: Build your professional network across the firm, engaging with senior executives and participating in program initiatives.
- Ongoing Training: Participate in a five-week immersive global training program and benefit from continuous learning opportunities throughout the duration of the program.

- Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (No MBA), with an expected graduation date of December 2024 through June 2025.

- Skills: Highly driven, exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be organized, able to multitask, and have a genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
