About the Role: Global Private Bank Advisor Training Program

Program Overview:

The Global Private Bank Advisor Training Program is an immersive experience designed for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about building client relationships and developing innovative wealth management solutions. As a full-time Analyst in this program, you will work with a team of bankers, investment specialists, wealth advisors, and lending specialists to support clients in achieving their financial goals. Throughout the program, you will gain exposure to every aspect of wealth management, including investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning.

The program begins with a five-week global training session, where you will join incoming Analysts from around the world to learn about the firm, build technical and professional skills, and develop a global network. During the program, you will receive ongoing formal and informal training, as well as continuous opportunities for development and engagement. Many full-time Analysts are promoted to Associates upon completing the program, allowing them to build long-lasting careers at J.P. Morgan.

Your Role

As a Global Private Bank Advisor Trainee, you will:

  • Client Engagement: Work with a team of advisors and specialists to bring in new clients and serve existing clients, delivering highly customized and comprehensive solutions to protect, manage, and grow wealth.
  • Wealth Management: Gain exposure to investments, lending, banking, and trust and estate planning, ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met with tailored solutions.
  • Networking and Development: Build your professional network across the firm, engaging with senior executives and participating in program initiatives that support your career development.
  • Ongoing Training: Participate in a five-week immersive global training program and benefit from continuous learning opportunities throughout the duration of the program.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a graduation date of December 2024 through June 2025.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; no employment-based immigration sponsorship is offered for this program.
  • Skills: Highly driven, exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must be organized, able to multitask, and have a genuine interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends.
  • Attributes: Desire to work with external clients in a relationship-building and sales capacity, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Good judgment and discretion when working with confidential information.
